• Credit card details or Gift Voucher references are required at time of booking.
• Regarding our cancellation policy, we understand that our clients sometimes cannot keep appointments so we would appreciate if you could advise us at least 24 hours prior to any cancellation. This way we can serve clients who may be on a waiting list.
• We regret that 20% of the treatment cost will be automatically charged to your credit card or gift voucher if your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
• If you are running late for an appointment please phone to let us know.
• To allow everyone to benefit from the peaceful atmosphere, please switch off your mobile phone before your arrival.
• While we welcome children to our salon we recommend you do not bring them along during your treatment to ensure maximum relaxation.
• When having a pedicure you are advised to wear flip-flops or open-toe shoes, to allow your nails to dry easily.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for all our services. However, products cannot be purchased with a gift voucher. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for one year. Nail Nirvana is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Gift Vouchers can be purchased either in the Spa or by telephone using a credit card.
